- Superbowl party: Sandwiches, fruit salad, veggies, strawberry "footballs", jalapeno poppers, hummus, chili, rolls, etc.
- Chicken Corn Chowder
- Crockpot Beef dip Sandwiches, veggies
- Chicken Spinach Tortilla Pie
- Taco Soup and Tortilla chips
- Quesadillas/Enchiladas (with the leftover beef)
