Raspberrymuffins

 2 large egg 1 c. milk 1/2 c. vegetable oil 3 c. whole wheat flour 1/2 c. honey 1/2 c sugar  4 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp. salt 1 clamshell raspberries (about 1 1/2 c) Beat liquid ingredients together. Add dry. Mix until moistened but lumpy. Fold in fruit. Bake at 400 for 18 minutes You could use all honey, or another fruit. I like the texture of the oats, but if you don't, feel free to leave them out. Delicious...and fairly nutritious. I have a beautiful picture of these, but it won't upload from my iPad.
